Drifter is a local, Minneapolis born recording studio that specializes in recording, mixing, mastering and producing music for all different types of bands. The team of three have a wide range of expertise including audio engineering, video work as well as being musicians themselves.

The creative ask was to create an identity that captures their love of music and audio engineering but also has an element of that home grown, small shop experience. A few months after launching “Drifter Music Group”, the team also asked to collaborate again on a project called “Pardon the Noise” where the group moves beyond the traditional studio atmosphere to unite local bands and destinations, creating a unique, artful way to showcase what makes our community thrive. They needed a sub-identity to use on their videos to tie their brand all together.
